Notes: For GET the tool calls /v1/social/autolink?url=ENCODED_URL. For POST it calls /v1/social/autolink with JSON {"url":"..."}.

If the browser blocks direct cross-origin fetches (CORS), the UI will open the media link in a new tab as fallback.
